Join Our Team as a Recruitment Specialist!
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team at Get Smart Medical Center, a leading therapeutic center for children. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring we attract and hire top talent who align with our company values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and prepare job descriptions.
  • Build strong partnerships with universities and external companies to attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and LinkedIn sourcing tools.
