Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of hotel services and facilities.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding room rates and availability.
  • Manage reservation requests using effective communication skills.
  • Process deposits and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle special requests and document them efficiently.
  • Understand the relationship between the Reservations department and other hotel departments.
  • Monitor inventory management and room availability.
  • Explain guarantee and cancellation policies to guests.
  • Utilize sales techniques to maximize room bookings.
  • Participate in task forces for new property openings.
