We are looking for a driven and skilled Senior Sales Engineer to enhance our market presence in real estate projects.

Job Purpose:
The Senior Sales Engineer will drive sales growth by managing inquiries, tenders, and projects. Your role will involve delivering timely solutions and technical support while strengthening customer relationships to maximize revenue.

Key Accountability Areas:
  • Inquiry and Tender Management: Efficiently manage all incoming inquiries and tenders to provide optimal responses.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare supportive documents, samples, and submittals to boost our chances with customers.
  • Material Coordination: Collaborate with the department's coordinator to ensure timely material delivery.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Keep track of competitors’ activities and report findings to management.
  • Technical Support: Organize technical meetings and seminars to promote alfanar's presence.
  • Customer Management: Issue timely reports and professionally manage customer relations.
  • Project Follow-up: Identify and conduct follow-ups on related projects to maximize realization.
  • Payment Management: Ensure timely collection of payments to maintain cash flow.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate project databases to support business forecasting.

  • Strong technical and application knowledge of applied HVAC systems and industry standards.
  • Proven consulting sales experience and solid network with consultants in the Jeddah region.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to lead, organize, and manage consulting sales activities with a focus on achieving results.
