Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Client Relationship Management: Analyze client performance and manage accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Market & Strategy: Monitor industry trends and collaborate with management on sales strategies.
  • Sales Execution & Pricing: Support deal structuring and negotiate rates to maximize profitability.
  • Lead Generation: Source and qualify new business opportunities through marketing efforts.
  • Travel & Flexibility: Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and internationally as required.

Performance Metrics: This role is focused on achieving gross profit targets and maintaining a robust pipeline of clients.

Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or management.
  • 8-10 years of professional and sales experience in freight forwarding.
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
