About The Role
We are seeking motivated sales associates to focus on outreach and lead qualification. This is an opportunity for those who are driven by ambitious targets and goals.

What You Will Do:
  • Achieve Targets: Maintain a high closing ratio on qualified leads and meet sales targets.
  • Lead Generation: Generate new leads through digital marketing and industry events, converting demos into sales.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with strategic partners.
  • CRM Proficiency: Utilize CRM systems to track and report sales activities.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Use data insights to optimize sales strategies.
  • Pipeline Generation: Generate a sales pipeline that is four times the monthly quota.
  • Skill Development: Complete training sessions on products and sales techniques.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Educational Background: BS/BA in relevant fields.
  • Sales Experience: 2-3 years in IT, FMCG, Software, or SaaS; fresh graduates welcome.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong abilities in analysis and problem-solving.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in English and Arabic.
  • Mobility: Valid driver's license and access to a personal car.
  • Independence: Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
