Work schedule:
Flexible schedule, *, 4 hours daily, between 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and during Ramadan 3 hours between 11:00 - 4:00.

Overview of the role
The assistant will join a consulting company to attract talent and will provide support for sales and customer service. The role requires daily phone communication with clients to ensure smooth service and build positive relationships with them.

The role is suitable for a social person who finds it easy to communicate and build relationships with new clients.

Main responsibilities
Sales Support
1. Contact potential interested clients and schedule meetings.
2. Plan and organize the logistics related to travel for client visits as needed.
3. Support the client onboarding process by gathering and entering necessary information and documentation into the company’s systems.

Customer Service Support
1. Record and follow up on customer service requests, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, answering questions, and solving problems.
2. Coordinate with the internal and external teams to ensure customer requests and issues are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
3. Proactively initiate to ensure a satisfactory customer experience whenever necessary.
4. Gather updates on open customer service requests and provide a daily report to the manager.
