• Prepare Presentations: Deliver clear and detailed sales presentations to clients, highlighting property features and surrounding areas.
• Negotiation: Negotiate with clients to achieve the best deals while maintaining target profit margins.
• Contract Management: Prepare contracts, clarify terms to clients, and ensure compliance with legal provisions.
• Client Follow-up: Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships, providing necessary support for inquiries.
• Sales Targets: Work towards achieving monthly and yearly sales goals set by management.
• Database Management: Regularly update client and property data in the company’s customer management system.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience in residential property sales.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market (preferably in Jeddah).
• Proficiency in computer applications, especially customer management and presentation software.
• Willingness to work in the field.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Preferably trained in sales or real estate courses.

Personal Skills:

• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
