Job Purpose / Objective
Responsible for assessment of psychosocial functioning and capacities, counseling for care planning and decision making, social work treatment, including support through the diagnosis and treatment phases of care and ensure that all duties are carried out to the highest possible standard. The Social worker participates in the provision of teaching and supervision of peers on a wide range of subjects within the clinical field.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-social and family assessments by methods such as interviewing the patients/family, obtaining relevant information, gathering social data, and formulation of assessment and plan of intervention, in accordance with professional practice standards and clinical policies.
• Support patients and their families by understanding the nature and treatment of the presenting issues by providing education, short-term counseling, and crisis intervention to families and other relevant caregivers.
• Provide comprehensive clinical counseling with individuals, families, and groups by focusing on the patient’s social, emotional, and cultural needs, including adjustment to diagnosis and treatment decisions, loss of functioning, and dealing with emotional and family crises in the context of evidence-based care.
• Organize and facilitate psycho-educational and counseling groups for patients and families.
• Document all relevant information correctly, appropriately, and in a timely manner regarding patients' psychosocial needs and discharge planning.
• Contribute to the achievement of clinical quality outcome indicators and patient satisfaction.
• Treat colleagues, patients, and visitors with dignity and respect at all times.

Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Identify potential suppliers, gather quotes, and evaluate suppliers.
• Contract Management: Draft contracts, review terms, and maintain contract databases.
• Contract Negotiation: Support contract negotiations under category manager supervision.
• Procurement Activities Coordination: Lead purchasing, issue PO orders, track deliveries, and resolve supplier issues.
• Data Entry and Analysis: Maintain records and assist in analyzing procurement data for cost-saving trends.
• Supplier Communication: Communicate with suppliers about order status and inquiries.
• Supplier Management: Track and report supplier performance.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with Group policies in procurement activities.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the procurement category.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Certifications (CIPP, CPP or relevant procurement certifications)
- 23 years of procurement experience
- Experience in Retail, Logistics, Real Estate, IF&B sectors in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and UAE markets.

About the Position
Our Sales team supports our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational resources, and clinical training programs. We assist healthcare providers and systems in meeting the objectives of their patients in their communities.

Responsibilities

• Close direct sales of products to meet individual/team targets and organization's business objectives.
• Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans to develop a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct sales calls with prospective and existing customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and build rapport by understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Registered with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good command of English.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to excel.
• Must be based in Jeddah.
• Saudi National.
