At Automotive Distribution & Marketing Company Ltd, we are looking for a dedicated and organized Storekeeper to manage our warehouse operations effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring our stock is handled according to company standards and all logistical documentation is maintained accurately.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper handling of all stock as per company standards.
  • Maintain 100% documentation and filing for shipments and deliveries in line with policy.
  • Manage warehouse efficiency and productivity as per Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Oversee stock issuance according to policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate inter-branch transfers and monitor shipment delays.
  • Receive and inspect new stock arrivals.
  • Keep sensitive information confidential and securely file documents.
  • Assist during internal and external audits.
  • Participate in stock counts and manage routine warehouse operations.
  • Ensure accurate stock levels between physical and system records.
  • Prepare delivery documents and coordinate with logistics for outbound shipments.
  • Process returns and manage warehouse staff tasks.

Requirements:
  • College Graduate.
  • Minimum 23 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Arabic and English.
  • Desirable analytical skills.
