Main Responsibilities:
  • Attracting Clients: Identifying interested clients in purchasing residential units through personal networks, digital marketing campaigns, and exploratory calls. Understanding client requirements and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Presenting Sales Proposals: Preparing and delivering professional proposals that outline the details of residential units, including features, location, and prices. Handling client inquiries accurately and professionally to ensure trust-building and enhance credibility.
  • Managing Relationships: Ensuring an exceptional experience for clients through thorough follow-up before, during, and after the sale. Enhancing the company's reputation by focusing on client satisfaction to ensure positive referrals.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Working to implement effective sales strategies aimed at enhancing market share and increasing sales. Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure reaching the target audience through effective marketing campaigns.
  • Sales Reports: Preparing detailed reports on sales activities, including completed deals, potential clients, and challenges faced in the sales process. Using customer relationship management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate and comprehensive data on client interactions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
