Key Responsibilities:
  • Source reliable suppliers and vendors, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Manage the procurement process, including RFPs, bids, and vendor evaluations.
  • Negotiate advantageous terms with suppliers.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Review and analyze purchase orders and collaborate with internal departments to assess needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock.
  • Prepare and analyze market condition reports.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficient in procurement software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
