You will be responsible for designing quality management guides and models, applying quality standards and specifications, studying customer satisfaction levels regarding service quality, and developing quality audit systems and procedures. In addition, you will prepare specialized documents and reports related to the matter and share them with stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food Science or Food Safety and Quality Control with 3 years of practical experience. You should have advanced skills in design, quality assurance, research, and report writing, in addition to proficiency in both Arabic and English.

- Contributing to the development of the quality standards required for initiatives and programs within the organization.
- Preparing a survey to measure customer satisfaction regarding service quality and documenting and analyzing recommendations.
- Developing quality audit systems and procedures and participating in the implementation of periodic plans.
- Preparing quality-related documents and reports, and presenting appropriate solutions.
