Overview:
As a Senior Quality Specialist at SETS KSA, you will develop and implement detailed plans, programs, and projects aimed at enhancing the quality of outputs and services. Your role involves establishing frameworks and metrics to ensure their presence and continuity, as well as following up on their implementation.

What You Will Do:
  • Participate in setting goals, initiatives, and operational plans that support high-quality standards within the organization.
  • Review and develop systems, standards, procedures, and models for quality control and assurance.
  • Supervise the preparation of summaries and reports related to quality assurance work.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in quality systems and suggest updates accordingly.

Skills and Competencies:
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
  • 6 to 10 years of professional experience in QA/QC Engineer roles for large projects.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Strong soft skills such as clear communication and problem-solving.
  • Ability to provide solutions to policy challenges and lead change.

Certifications / Memberships:
  • PMP from PMI (Preferred).
  • ISO 90012015 Lead quality auditor.
  • Six Sigma from an accredited organization.
  • Preferably TQM from an accredited organization.
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) (Preferred).

  • 12 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service; experience in beauty, retail, or e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs.
