Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business into the hotel.
Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients.
Implement creative local marketing channels, including social media.
Prepare company contracts in accordance with current business conditions.
Collaborate with other departments to create exceptional guest experiences.
Attend sales events and produce accurate reports per the Sales Director's requirements.
Manage staff performance in compliance with company policies.
Recruit, manage, train, and develop the sales team.
