We are looking for a dedicated Store Keeper who will be responsible for managing the flows of goods in our warehouse. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the effective operation of our retail services.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain receipt and records of daily in/out goods using MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ensure timing and accuracy of responses to inventory-related inquiries.
• Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.
• Manage workers, monitor their progress, and prioritize received orders.
• Identify goods needing special treatment and address inquiries appropriately.
• Ensure all goods are available based on customer demand.
• Assure the fulfillment and quality of goods received.
• Understand warehouse consumption needs, such as office supplies and equipment repairs, and follow up until delivery is confirmed.

Requirements:

• Must be Saudi National.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is required.

In this role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of storage facilities as required by ongoing project needs. Your main duties will include:

• Leading and controlling activities of the warehouse personnel.
• Ensuring efficient shipment receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Overseeing project stock control, warehouse efficiency, and inventory management.
• Determining minimum, re-order, and maximum levels of consumable items.
• Protecting warehouse contents against loss and ensuring security.
• Preparing and retaining basic warehouse documents and reports.
• Submitting operational reports to management daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Ensuring safety and quality requirements are incorporated throughout all stages.
• Managing and supervising the warehouse team.
• Handling receiving, identification, traceability, handling, storage, and release to works and inventory control.
• Carrying out any other duties assigned by management.
