We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic kitchen professionals who take pride in delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to guests. As a Head Baker, you will be responsible for managing the bakery section and ensuring the highest quality and standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor all duty schedules within the bakery operation.
  • Create high-quality and innovative bakery products to satisfy customers.
  • Follow guidelines and instructions from superiors to complete daily tasks.
  • Ensure consistent quality in daily preparations and keep updated with new recipes and techniques.
  • Facilitate monthly inventory for the bakery.
  • Handle food transfers to other areas with proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with other sections for cleanliness, wastage, and cost control.
  • Consult on daily bakery requirements, functions, and last-minute events.
  • Maintain high hygiene standards within the bakery section.

Education, Qualifications & Experience:
You should have completed a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training course, along with previous experience in the bakery section and strong culinary skills. Good communication skills in English, as well as a proven track record in pastry preparation, presentation, and preservation, are essential.
