As a Head Baker, you will be responsible for managing the bakery section and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor all duty schedules in the bakery operation.
  • Create high-quality and creative bakery products to satisfy customers.
  • Follow instructions and recommendations from immediate supervisors to complete daily tasks.
  • Ensure consistent quality in daily preparation and stay updated with new recipes.
  • Participate in establishing month-end inventory in the bakery.
  • Handle all food transfers and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with other sections regarding cleanliness, waste management, and cost control.
  • Check daily bakery requirements and assist with events as needed.
  • Maintain the highest hygiene standards within the bakery.

Education, Qualifications & Experiences:
The ideal candidate should have a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course, with previous experience in the bakery section and strong culinary skills. Good communication in English and knowledge of pastry preparation, presentation, and preservation are essential.
