We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. At Marriott International, we believe in creating a magical hospitality experience for our guests. This role is pivotal in maintaining the luxurious environment within our hotel.

Position Summary:
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas post-cleaning to guarantee quality standards.
- Manage daily activities and assist in hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
- Serve as a liaison between housekeeping, engineering, front office, and laundry departments.
- Document and resolve discrepancies with guest rooms and communicate issues across shifts.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (*****
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to move and lift heavy objects; push and pull housekeeping carts across various surfaces.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for guest interactions and teamwork.

The Role
