Responsibilities:
  • Deliver consistent, professional, and engaging service to guests.
  • Supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring adherence to service standards.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and log necessary reports.
  • Participate in daily briefings and departmental meetings to review priorities.
  • Ensure Room Attendants are informed about daily priorities and follow departmental policies.
  • Report maintenance needs and follow safety and sanitation standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in English (both verbal and written).
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role within a hotel housekeeping environment.
  • Training skills and experience with Hotel Property Management Systems like Micros-Fidelio are valuable.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand and walk constantly throughout the shift.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 30 lbs.
  • Capable of kneeling, pushing, pulling, and climbing stairs.
