Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistent, professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests.
• Supervise daily operations of housekeeping to ensure adherence to service standards.
• Manage guest concerns promptly and log any issues for proper follow-up.
• Participate in daily briefings and departmental meetings to discuss priorities and updates.
• Ensure room attendants understand daily tasks and priorities specific to their sections.
• Report maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned to maintain the overall quality of service.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role within a hotel housekeeping environment.
• Strong training and organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and evaluate actions within stressful situations.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift items up to 30 lbs.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee all housekeeping operations to ensure an excellent Guest and Member experience. You will also play a key role in evaluating guest satisfaction and setting departmental targets and objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee housekeeping operations to meet quality standards.
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and monitor improvement trends.
• Manage departmental budgets effectively.
• Set departmental targets, objectives, work schedules, and policies.
• Monitor performance and standards of the Housekeeping Team.
• Maintain good communication across hotel areas and with external customers.
• Ensure adequate staffing and ongoing training for the team.
• Manage staff performance issues in accordance with policies.
• Assist other departments as necessary.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Experience in housekeeping in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control capabilities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems is advantageous.
