Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the operations of the MedTech Customer Service department, ensuring financial health in alignment with Our Credo values.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer experiences by focusing on excellence in customer care and fostering collaboration.
  • Manage and control the customer service budget, ensuring adherence to cost efficiency targets.
  • Drive digital strategy and oversee the regional roll-out of customer service technologies.
  • Coach and develop a highly motivated team dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • 5+ years’ experience in management roles and 10+ years in supply chain.
  • Strong expertise in customer service processes and systems.
  • Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
