We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives through the Tamheer Program. This exciting role offers you the opportunity to be the first point of contact for visitors at CENOMI Centers malls in Jeddah and Makkah, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and providing support with inquiries, services, and mall information.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors at the mall.
  • Provide exceptional guest experience and support with inquiries.
  • Assist in providing information about services and facilities available at the mall.

Requirements:
  • Must be eligible for the Tamheer Program.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced mall environment.
