About the Role
Join Shubra Al-Taif Trading Company as a General Accountant and play a vital role in managing our financial operations effectively. You will be responsible for various accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Financial Operations: Record day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, sales, expenses, and revenues.
  • Ensure accuracy of invoices and receipt/payment vouchers.
  • Preparation of Financial Statements: Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
  • Reconciliation: Review bank accounts and reconcile with records.
  • Ensure timely settlement of accounts receivable and payable.
  • Tax and Zakat Reporting: Calculate and report due taxes such as VAT.
  • File tax returns on time and liaise with accounting offices or government entities as needed.
  • Asset Management: Register fixed assets including properties, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Calculate depreciation and track maintenance or disposal of assets.
  • Budgeting and Financial Forecasting: Assist in preparing the annual budget and analyze variances between the budget and actual results.
  • Internal Audit: Ensure compliance and cooperate with external auditors.
