Role Overview
The Sr. Finance Manager will be responsible for directing all financial planning, analysis, and control activities associated with our electric vehicle manufacturing plant. You will collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to enhance cost efficiency, drive profitability, and optimize capital effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership & Business Partnering: Act as the finance business partner to the Plant Director and other functions, driving strategic decisions through data-driven insights.
  • Costing & Controlling: Oversee detailed shop-wise cost centers and implement standard costing methodologies.
  • Operational Finance: Partner with operations to improve material utilization and productivity, monitoring manufacturing KPIs and providing financial analyses.
  • People Leadership: Lead and mentor the manufacturing finance team, cultivating a culture of accountability and improvement.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Expertise in manufacturing processes and cost drivers.
  • Minimum 15 years in manufacturing finance with at least 5 years in plant controlling, ideally in the automotive or EV sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in variance analysis and manufacturing KPIs.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance qualifications preferred.
