Join Halian as a Finance Director!

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Halian, a leading holding company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Finance Director (m/f/d) to oversee all financial activities and drive strategic decision-making across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Oversight: Manage treasury matters and banking relationships to secure necessary facilities. Consolidate financial statements and reports from all business units.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the development of financial models and long-term business plans, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and IFRS. Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and maintain internal controls.
  • Cash Flow & Risk Management: Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
  • Support Corporate Governance: Prepare and present financial reports to the Board and support corporate transformation.
  • Systems & Process Improvement: Develop financial policies, oversee ERP implementation, and drive digital transformation in finance.

Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Master's or professional certification preferred (CPA, CMA, ACCA).
  • 1015 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a holding group structure.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial consolidation practices.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
