As a Sous Chef, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to oversee all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests and members. Your responsibilities will include managing food provisions, addressing guest inquiries, and controlling kitchen costs.

What You Will Do:
  • Manage kitchen operations, quality, and administrative functions.
  • Ensure compliance with food provision regulations and quality standards.
  • Assist with guest feedback and inquiries efficiently.
  • Contribute to menu creation by incorporating guest insights.
  • Guarantee high-quality food production across all outlets.
  • Maintain effective management of the kitchen brigade.
  • Control costs while enhancing profit margins.
  • Report any maintenance or hygiene issues promptly.

What We Are Looking For: To excel in this position, you should possess relevant qualifications, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You are expected to demonstrate creativity in food production and maintain a positive attitude.

Advantageous Skills:
  • Previous experience in a similar kitchen role.
  • Passion for high-quality food and awareness of current food trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

  • High professionalism with strong human resource and business skills.
