Join Rotana Hotels as a Specialty Outlet Chef!
We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic kitchen professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the Outlet Kitchen in the preparation and presentation of all food items in accordance with the hotel’s SOPs and standardized menu guidelines.
  • Monitor regular standards of production to ensure the highest level of quality.
  • Control the hotel’s food cost effectively.
  • Participate in drafting concept ideas and menus for special events while encouraging employee input.
  • Ensure HACCP standards and appropriate hygiene practices are followed.
  • Conduct consistent on-the-job training sessions for culinary staff and promote health and safety.

Education & Experience:
You should have a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training course and at least three years of experience in quality establishments along with excellent specialized culinary skills. The ability to communicate effectively in English and a strong background in food preparation, presentation, and preservation is essential.

Knowledge & Competencies:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-driven approach. You should be adaptable, demonstrate strong leadership, and be able to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
