We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef with 7 years of proven culinary experience to lead our kitchen and uphold the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Role Overview:

• Oversee all kitchen operations with precision and professionalism.
• Develop refined, high-quality menus that reflect creativity and consistency.
• Lead and inspire the culinary team to deliver outstanding results.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.
• Manage costing, inventory, and overall kitchen efficiency.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years of culinary experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong culinary expertise and a sharp eye for detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Culinary certification is an advantage.

As an Oriental Chef, you will play a key role in the food preparation and overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of dishes with a focus on Oriental cuisine for all banquet events and restaurants.
• Create high-quality and original Oriental dishes to satisfy our customers.
• Follow instructions and recommendations from immediate superiors to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain the highest standards and consistent quality in food preparation while staying updated on new Oriental recipes and techniques.
• Update menu recipes and assist in menu planning for promotions.
• Attend daily chefs and banquet operational meetings.
• Coordinate with other sections regarding cleanliness, cost control, and waste management.
• Ensure the freshness, presentation, and temperature of food served always meet our standards.

Qualifications and Skills:
You should have a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training course along with previous experience in Oriental specialty cuisine. Good culinary skills and the ability to effectively communicate in English are essential. Additional competencies include:
