Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-class employee relations services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Support the HR Director in strategy formulation and manage succession planning.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinaries and grievances, confidentially.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and immigration checks.
  • Manage departmental training requirements and completion of management reports.
  • Control costs and assist in achieving departmental financial targets.
  • Ensure training for health and safety regulations is completed.
  • Collaborate with local organizations to promote hospitality careers.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in HR management.
  • CIPD qualified.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in varied situations.
