We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to support our operations and manage employee affairs efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the legal aspects of labor law as well as effective organizational and communication skills.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Managing and updating employee files and records periodically.
  • Monitoring attendance, departures, and vacations.
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts and job offers.
  • Implementing human resources policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating with the finance department regarding salaries and entitlements.
  • Handling employee inquiries and complaints.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Supporting internal auditing processes related to human resources.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of legal aspects and labor law, with practical experience in handling legal issues related to human resources (a must).
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in internal affairs / HR operations.
  • Good knowledge of local labor laws.
  • High organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance.
  • Experience across multiple HR functions.
  • Familiarity with HR systems.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Proficient with Google Sheets and MS Office.
