As the leading property portal in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bayut connects millions of users and is dedicated to providing the best online search experience. We are looking for a Legal Specialist to manage a range of legal matters and support our business effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the company's legal cases and represent Bayut in court.
  • Draft and vet legal documents for litigious matters, including suits and defenses.
  • Assist in resolving legal disputes and achieving out-of-court settlements.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on various legal matters.
  • Stay updated on applicable laws and regulations, conducting legal research as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and manage risks.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Legal Specialist.
  • Litigation experience, especially in employment disputes.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong drafting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
