The Role
We are seeking a world-class Operations Manager with a proven track record in Tier-1 International QSR Brands. This is a high-stakes leadership role requiring a process-driven professional who understands how to scale international standards across a diverse portfolio. You will be responsible for P&L, operational efficiency, and guest experience across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • International Standard Implementation: Execute and maintain the "Gold Standard" of operational excellence, ensuring consistency in product quality and service.
  • Multi-Unit Management: Oversee daily operations for multiple outlets, focusing on workflow optimization, waste reduction, and labor efficiency.
  • P&L & Financial Accountability: Take full ownership of operational budgets, COGS, and labor costs to maximize profitability.
  • Performance Culture: Drive performance through rigorous KPIs, standardized SOPs, and regular site audits.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure 100% adherence to international food safety protocols (HACCP/ISO 22000) and local Baladiya regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a diverse workforce, building a pipeline of talent capable of meeting high-growth targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Mandatory Experience: Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience specifically within an International QSR Chain (*, McDonald’s, KFC, Burger King, Texas Chicken, etc.).
  • Franchise Expertise: Deep understanding of international franchise operating systems, audit requirements, and brand compliance.
  • Skills: Mastery of QSR unit economics, P&L management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or Restaurant Management.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).
  • Location: based in or willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose
The Distributor Cluster Manager is fully responsible for managing the Distributor channel for Binzagr private label brands, with a primary focus on driving sales, ensuring stock availability, and executing commercial plans.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own and deliver sales targets for the Distributor cluster across all assigned categories and brands.
- Translate annual and quarterly business plans into clear distributor sales actions.

- Actively manage forecasts, replenishment, and stock rotation initiatives.
- Monitor expiry risks and lead corrective actions with distributors.

4. Pricing, Trade Deals & Commercial Execution
- Ensure correct price positioning vs. market and national brands.
- Manage and track trade deals, promotions, price discounts, incentives, and rebates.
- Ensure full compliance with approved trade terms and deal mechanics.
- Evaluate ROI of trade activities and recommend improvements.

5. Market Execution & Visibility
- Ensure brand standards and agreed execution guidelines are applied in market.
- Support distributors in launching new SKUs and improving shelf presence.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, distributor feedback, and customer needs.

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare regular reports on sales vs target, stock levels, availability, and trade spend.
- Highlight risks, opportunities, and action plans clearly and proactively.

Key KPIs:
- Sales target achievement (value & volume)
- Stock availability / OSA
- Inventory health (days of stock / slow movers)
- Trade spend effectiveness
- Distributor execution compliance.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5–8 years experience in FMCG, preferably in distributor management, sales operations, or key account roles.
