We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Accountant to manage our employee payroll processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a company that values excellence and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage payroll for all employees timely and accurately.
  • Calculate wages, overtime, deductions, and other allowances.
  • Prepare payroll-related journal entries and reconcile payroll accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements.
  • Record payroll payment in the system and settle with accruals.
  • Manage employee benefits, end-of-service benefits, and final settlements.
  • Reconcile provision of end-of-service benefits with HR data.
  • Provide data to external consultants for actuarial calculations as required.
  • Ensure accuracy in vacation calculations and reconcile them with accrual balances.
  • Manage air ticket calculations and ensure payment accuracy.
  • Ensure the accuracy of invoices for outsourced employees' services.
  • Confirm accuracy of medical insurance calculations for employees and their dependents.
  • Update medical insurance records for new joiners and leavers in a timely manner.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Payroll Accountant in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficient in accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics/SAP S4 Hana.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (*, ACCA, ICMA, CIMA).
  • Strong time management skills.
