Job Purpose:
You will play a vital role in planning, reviewing, and implementing Trust Funds Projects, collaborating closely with donors, beneficiaries, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Strategic & Operational Planning: Develop and support strategies for the Palestine Trust Funds.
  • Project Management: Assess project proposals and manage ongoing projects, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
  • Communication & Coordination: Prepare progress reports and represent the IsDB at various conferences.
  • Emergency Response: Analyze emergency requests and coordinate with partners for rapid responses.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in the development sector.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory, French is preferred.

Skills:
  • Understanding of economic and social challenges in Palestine.
  • Experience in managing development and relief programs.
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural environments and strong stakeholder management.
