Hotel Receptionist

We need a male or female employee at the reception of the Alawlin Hotel, with experience in using the guest program, and registration in social insurance is required.

Tasks and Responsibilities: • Preparing financial plans and supporting strategies to achieve the institution's goals. • Supervising the preparation of financial statements and periodic reports according to the adopted accounting standards. • Developing and improving financial and regulatory policies and procedures within the institution. • Preparing and monitoring the general budget and periodic analysis of variances. • Managing cash flows and estimating funding needs. • Supervising monthly and annual financial close operations. • Ensuring compliance with tax systems and relevant legislation (such as Zakat, tax, and value-added tax). • Coordinating with internal and external auditors and providing all required documents and information. • Managing the finance team and developing their competencies. • Providing accurate analytical reports to senior management to support decision-making. • Supervising the institution's banking and financing relations. Qualifications and Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferably holders of professional certificates such as CPA, CMA, or CFA). • At least 57 years of experience in the financial field, including 3 years in a managerial position. • Strong knowledge of accounting systems and ERP programs such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
