We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to serve as the first point of contact for our school community. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school environment through administrative support and supervision responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a visitor log, documenting all details of visits.
  • Greet all guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Ensure efficient communication with all departments regarding visitors.
  • Handle incoming phone calls from parents, addressing urgent concerns promptly.
  • Provide support during marketing events and organize school tours for prospective parents.
  • Assist with scheduling and maintaining organized records.
  • Undertake additional tasks assigned by administration.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
