About the Job
As the Regional Sales Manager at Modern Mills Company, your main objective will be to lead and drive the regional flour sales strategy. You will expand market presence, develop strong trade partnerships, and achieve sales and revenue targets. This role will not only focus on distributor management but also enhance customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Accountabilities
1. Regional Accountability:
- Manage all regional sales channels: Van, Retail, Wholesale, and selected distributors.
- Oversee E-Commerce operations where applicable.

2. Business Development & Market Expansion:
- Identify and onboard new customers and distributors to enhance market reach.
- Analyze untapped territories for business growth.
- Work with marketing and trade teams to execute area-specific activation plans.

3. Sales Target Achievement:
- Drive performance against sales KPIs.
- Ensure that targets for sales volume and revenue are met.
- Manage product availability and stock levels with distributors.

4. Customer Relation Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and trade partners.
- Ensure that customer complaints are addressed promptly.

5. Channel & Distribution Management:
- Monitor performance of sales teams and ensure compliance with stock norms.
- Drive efficient route-to-market strategies.

6. Sales Operation Excellence:
- Promote trade execution excellence through product visibility and promotional efforts.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics for seamless product flow.

7. Reporting & Data Management:
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor actions.

8. Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and motivate your team.
- Provide coaching and skill development.

9. Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Proven experience managing a region and leading field sales teams.
- Strong understanding of distribution models and route-to-market in KSA.
- Experience working closely with distributors and trade channels.
- Hands-on, field-oriented approach, not a desk-based profile.
- Strong commercial mindset with ownership of targets and execution.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Western Region.

Position Summary
The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and compliance audits within the organization. This role involves managing the end-to-end audit lifecycle, leading a team of auditors, and ensuring that all activities align with the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) and the Global Internal Audit Standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit Planning & Execution: Lead the development of risk-based audit programs that address key operational, financial, and compliance risks and oversee the execution of fieldwork to ensure high-quality evidence collection and analysis.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
  • Certification: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is a plus. Additional certifications (CISA, CRMA, or CPA) are highly preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in internal or external auditing, preferably with a background in 'Big 4' firms or large diversified conglomerates.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the 2024 Global Internal Audit Standards and local regulatory requirements (*, SOCPA or specific industry mandates).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, advanced negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain objectivity and confidentiality.
