We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage distributor networks, and strengthen market presence in a highly competitive industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring our client remains a preferred choice among customers and partners.

The Role:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to enhance revenue growth, market share, and brand visibility.
- Manage and nurture distributor relationships, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve high performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships within modern trade channels.
- Oversee sales performance in Central and Eastern KSA, ensuring regional targets are met.
- Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams for successful product launches.
- Prepare and present sales reports and insights to senior management.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 1015 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in modern trade.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent knowledge of sales processes and dynamics of the FMCG market.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented and analytical, with a strategic mindset.
- Strong understanding of KSA market trends and consumer preferences.
