Join Hilton as a Cluster Reservations Agent!

As a Cluster Reservations Agent, you will be the main contact for room reservations at Hilton Hotels, providing excellent service that influences guests' decisions to stay at our properties. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Converting inquiries into contracted business swiftly.
  • Responding positively to sales inquiries to generate future leads.
  • Identifying potential sales leads.
  • Ensuring all reservations are completed accurately and meet guests' expectations.
  • Providing prompt and efficient service while upholding Hilton’s brand standards.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of VAT, ZATCA regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and accuracy.
  • Able to manage accounts for multiple branches efficiently.
