We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility.
  • Ensure comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, achieving targets and maximum productivity.
  • Negotiate prices with customers for transient and group business.
  • Promote and produce sales leads for Rotana within your areas.
  • Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions and maintain major accounts.
  • Maximize upselling opportunities during negotiations.

Qualifications:
  • Degree in sales with a minimum of two years of post-graduate work experience, ideally in the hotel industry.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus).
  • Proficient in computer use.

Ideal Candidate:
The candidate should possess a guest-oriented attitude, flexibility, high integrity, professionalism, and a strong drive for results. You must have a track record of exceeding targets with the capability to identify, implement, and execute effective sales strategies.

  • High-level knowledge of SIEMENS MV switchgear portfolios, protection and automation products.
  • Good experience in handling customers from all segments of Utility, Industry, Infrastructure.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience of handling various products, systems and solutions covering mainly medium voltage switchgears.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to details.
  • High flexibility and availability for travelling and customer visits around the kingdom.
