We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in sales management or a similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Advanced negotiation and problem-solving skills.
