Responsibilities:- Identify performance indicators in customer services.
- Develop programs to improve the quality of customer service.
- Assess strengths and weaknesses in customer service systems.
- Prepare documents and reports related to customer service.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in advertising and marketing communication, public relations, customer service, or executive secretarial tasks.
- Provide advanced experience in after-sales management and measuring customer feedback.
- Advanced Arabic and English language skills.
