In this vital role, you will be the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and ensure our compliance with all necessary permits and licenses. Your contributions will play a critical role in coordinating services for our clients and managing essential contractual and logistical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact with authorities, assisting with application processes and ensuring compliance.
  • Contract Management: Organize and maintain service contracts, tracking timelines and renewal schedules.
  • Logistics & Client Coordination: Plan logistics for collections and deliveries, aligning services with client needs, particularly in healthcare settings.
  • Tender & Procurement Management: Aid in preparing tenders and maintain records of documentation and outcomes.
  • Reporting & Invoicing: Prepare monthly reports and manage invoicing for specialized services.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative or client coordination roles
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
