- 2–4 years of experience in administrative or client coordination roles
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic

- Tender & Procurement Management: Aid in preparing tenders and maintain records of documentation and outcomes.
- Reporting & Invoicing: Prepare monthly reports and manage invoicing for specialized services.
