Role: Administration Assistant
Location: Fraser Suites, Riyadh - Saudi Arabia

What You Will Be Doing As An Administrative Assistant
You will provide a full range of administrative and clerical support including, but not limited to:
- Word processing production for a variety of executive team members.
- Managing calendars.
- Assisting in phone reception for executive and administrative departments.
- Preparing and coordinating mail, faxes, and express packages.
- Providing filing assistance.
- Providing clerical/administrative support including the composition and preparation of routine correspondence and presentations.
- Preparing and maintaining telephone directory and other company information.
- Performing photocopying and other production services.
- Coordinating travel arrangements in accordance with the hotel's travel policy.
- Supporting managers in administration including preparation of documents and follow-up on timelines and deliverables.
