What You Will Be Doing As An Administrative Assistant
You will provide a full range of administrative and clerical support including, but not limited to:
  • Word processing production for a variety of executive team members.
  • Managing calendars.
  • Assisting in phone reception for executive and administrative departments.
  • Preparing and coordinating mail, faxes, and express packages.
  • Providing filing assistance.
  • Providing clerical/administrative support including the composition and preparation of routine correspondence and presentations.
  • Preparing and maintaining telephone directory and other company information.
  • Performing photocopying and other production services.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements in accordance with the hotel's travel policy.
  • Supporting managers in administration including preparation of documents and follow-up on timelines and deliverables.
