Providing administrative and organizational support to ensure the daily workflow runs efficiently within the establishment, and contributing to the organization of office operations and serving various departments.
Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Supervising the work team (nurses, assistants, reception).
  • Organizing schedules and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Monitoring the availability of medical supplies and tools and raising needs.
  • Implementing the establishment's policies and procedures and ensuring the team complies with them.
  • Preparing periodic reports on performance and productivity.
  • Dealing with and professionally resolving patient complaints.
  • Contributing to service development and improving patient experience. 

Required Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field.
  • Previous experience in administrative work (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility.
