Supervision of the daily and strategic activities of the organization, and ensuring the achievement of operational and financial objectives in line with the company's vision and mission.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sustainable growth.
✅ Supervise the various departments of the company and ensure their efficiency and effectiveness.
✅ Manage budgets and financial resources and control expenses to achieve profitability objectives.
✅ Develop internal policies and procedures to ensure performance improvement and compliance with regulations.
✅ Represent the company before official entities, partners, and key clients.
✅ Prepare periodic reports for the board of directors or owners on performance and achievements.
✅ Lead and motivate teams to ensure high productivity and a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

🔹 A university degree in management, business administration, or a related field (preferably graduate studies such as an MBA).
🔹 Practical experience of no less than 810 years in senior leadership positions.
🔹 High skills in strategic planning and change management.
🔹 Exceptional abilities in communication, negotiation, and decision-making.
🔹 Strong familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in the industry/field.
