As an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering strategic insights and effective solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities include leading engagement streams and overseeing junior team members, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with project goals. You will serve as a key contact for clients, manage relationships, and guide consultants and analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with overall project goals.
  • Serve as a key contact for client stakeholders.
  • Guide and supervise junior team members.
  • Support in providing strategic solutions to clients.
  • Drive the creation of compelling deliverables.
  • Validate and synthesize analyses for evidence-based decision-making.
  • Identify potential delivery risks and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with managers to align resources with client needs.
  • Support business development efforts.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a leading institution.
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting or business transformation.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Need:
  • Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in testing and commissioning for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with PMC processes, quality systems, and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, controls, and integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
