In this pivotal role, you will contribute to transforming corporate organizations across the Middle East with our market-leading Integrated Workplace Management Solutions (IWMS). Your mission will be to enhance our presence in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, thriving in a partner-driven environment that emphasizes collaboration and growth.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a regional business development plan focused on partner-led growth.
  • Manage inbound leads and guide them through the sales cycle, ensuring closure with partners.
  • Identify and onboard new partners, increasing brand awareness through outbound and marketing-driven activities.
  • Maintain oversight of partner performance including forecasting and pipeline reviews.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We invite applicants with strong collaborative skills and familiarity with the cultural and business dynamics of the Middle East. A successful candidate will have:
  • 35 years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, preferably in a partner-driven model.
  • Experience with enterprise clients and long sales cycles.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, and a valid work authorization in Saudi Arabia.
