Required a customer service representative with excellent communication skills in Arabic and a clear and friendly voice. The candidate must be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally, with the ability to work on a shift system.


Main Tasks:

• Respond to incoming calls and provide immediate assistance to customers

• Document and record all calls and transactions in the company's system

• Solve customer problems and provide appropriate solutions

• Achieve the required performance indicators in terms of the number of calls and service quality

• Follow up with relevant departments to ensure customer complaints are resolved

• Participate in improving service quality and developing work procedures


Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to deal with customers and solve problems efficiently.

• Proficiency in using computers and communication programs.

• Commitment to evening working hours.
