We are looking for a customer service representative to work in the call center to provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone and online chats. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, entering data into the system, and following up on cases until satisfactory solutions are reached. We look forward to joining a person with excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and experience in using customer relationship management systems.

- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Intermediate in English
